AW-Lake, a U.S. manufacturer of industrial flow measurement instrumentation, and KEM Flow Measurement, a German developer and manufacturer of precision flow measurement technologies, have announced that the two companies are merging to form one global organization. The merger builds on more than 40 years of collaboration between the companies. AW-Lake and KEM Flow Measurement have operated as sister companies under the TASI Measurement Group, working together to supply flow measurement products, application expertise and technical support across industrial markets.
Combining the two organizations will expand their engineering resources, application knowledge, flow measurement capabilities and international customer support. The companies expect the unified organization to be better equipped to address complex measurement requirements while maintaining the product quality, responsiveness and technical guidance provided by both businesses.

AW-Lake and KEM Flow Measurement are merging to create a unified global industrial flow measurement organization.
The combined organization will progressively align under the KEM Flow Measurement brand. Updated branding featuring both AW-Lake and KEM Flow Measurement will be introduced during the transition before the companies move toward one unified global brand.
Day-to-day operations at the AW-Lake facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, will remain unchanged. Customers will continue working with their existing contacts for orders, application questions and technical support while gaining access to the broader resources of the combined organization.

The merger brings together complementary flow measurement technologies and engineering capabilities serving fluid power, oil and gas, chemical processing, industrial manufacturing, test systems, water cooling, alternative energy, marine and aerospace applications. The companies intend to develop the combined organization as a global center of excellence for industrial flow measurement.
